KONSHENS TO PLAY LEAD ROLE IN NEW MOVIE NEXT YEAR

Konshens will soon be adding "Actor" to profile. The recording artist will be playing lead role in a movie next year that will be directed by Gareth Cobran. Cobran who also directed the artist music video, The Realest Song, said that this will be his first film with the dancehall artist.

While Cobran wasnt giving away the name of the film, he said that he is in the process of developing a script and is also seeking funding for the film. Cobran added that the film will not be the regular every day film that comes out of Jamaica and that the film will be an adaptation of a play written by Omall Wright.

And how does Konshens feel about this new venture? Well he said that he is very excited about this opportunity and it will that it will be his first time but is definitely looking forward to the experience.

Editor: Well thank God its not going be one of those movies where he is some kind of gangster or drug dealer because that's  seems to be the only thing Jamaican film directors know how to direct.

TANTO BLACKS STABBED IN THE BACK "LITERALLY" BY HIS FRIEND OF 17 YEARS

How can your own friend of 17 years stab you in the back "LITERALLY"? Well.......that's what happened to Tanto Blacks last Friday after an altercation with the friend who was also a tenant of his.

Tanto explain that he had rented the man a place and had recently gave him an eviction notice but the tenant refused to move, despite been given enough time to move and identify somewhere else.

Tanto said that last Friday he went to the house to confront the man but the tenant showed no immediate signs of wanting to leave. Tanto proceeded start removing window blades from the how when he was stabbed in the back at least three times.

A report was made to police and the alleged assaulter was arrested an charged. Tanto received treatment at the Spanish Town Hospital and then later received additional treatment at a private medical practice.
